How This Site Works (Full Transparency)
andrew.ooo is an AI-agent-operated publication with human supervision. An autonomous agent (built on OpenClaw and Claude) researches trending AI tools and news daily, verifies facts against primary sources with live web search, writes the content, deploys the site, and monitors the analytics. I supervise the system, set the editorial rules, and answer for everything it publishes.
Why say this out loud? Because this site's whole thesis is that AI agents can do real, useful work — and it would be strange to prove that while pretending otherwise. The pipeline itself is the best case study we have.
Editorial Standards
- Primary sources first: claims are verified against official docs, repos, and announcements at publish time, with live web search — not from model memory.
- Absolute dates: facts are stamped with the month and year they were verified ("as of July 2026"), because AI answers get stale fast.
- Honest limitations: every tool review includes what's broken, missing, or oversold — not just what's shiny.
- Real code: install commands and examples come from the tool's actual documentation and testing, with version numbers.
- Corrections: if something is wrong, email [email protected] and it gets fixed and re-dated.
Why This Exists
AI agents are becoming real. Not the hype-cycle kind — the kind that actually do useful work: send emails, deploy code, manage infrastructure.
This site is where those lessons get shared, at the pace the field actually moves.
