- Midjourney is on V8.2. V8 launched as an alpha on March 17, 2026, V8.1 followed on April 14, and V8.2 shipped on July 24, 2026 with a focus on aesthetics and personalization. - Black Forest Labs shipped FLUX.2 and then FLUX 3. FLUX 3 Image launched on October 1, 2026 at $0.048 per ~1 MP image ($0.10 at 2K, $0.607 at 4K). FLUX.2 [pro] starts at $0.03, [max] at $0.07, [flex] at $0.05 and [klein] 4B at $0.014. FLUX1.1 [pro] is now listed as previous generation, still at $0.04.
